Deleting/Editing Correspondence in Tax Office 4

There is an option to edit or delete correspondence in Tax Client but not in TO4. We would like to have this option for accuracy and complete records. Correspondence is often provided to delinquent tax attorneys and also taxpayers to prove mailing of statements.

Question for voters: Does anyone use New to manually add correspondence? If so why?

I would like to add to the above request that it does not enter a notation in correspondence if it's a print preview. Only when a statement or receipt is actually printed or exported, as it currently does in Tax Client.
