Customers are requesting to get a YTD type of report that splits the uncollected amount into M&O and I&S.

I am not sure if this helps, but this is the report we send to our taxing entities: Detail Uncollected Summary By Year By MO&IS

On the YTD Summary report C the Net MTD Adj. column I send a journal entry to the GL and I need the split.
