on accounts where the value is less than a homestead exemption, the over 65 or disability badge does not show up. this creates issues when trying to set up quarter payments because we have to call to verify the exemption with the CAD. in this example I'm providing we have verified with the CAD that they do have an over 65 but is not showing, I'm assuming because of the value. These badges need to show up no matter the value so we can easily set them up for quarter payments.
