(-1-) Forgot Password function lets users enter an email that is incorrect/invalid or does not exist in TaxPayer Portal. Lets users think they entered the correct email. (-2-) Users get “Something went wrong, please try again later” red error box when they click "sign-up" a second time. Happens a lot, creates a login error loop, only way to fix is user has to contact us, and we have to delete the login from TaxPayer Portal.

TaxPayer Portal new functionality to get and store a user's consent (to send them electronic communications) at two different places in TaxPayer Portal. Tyler Reainthong and the Tax Office are requesting new functionality in the TaxPayer Portal signup process and also Paperless signup/registration process. I believe the request amounts to the capturing of (via checkbox) and storage of a user’s consent (to send them electronic communications) at the time a user enters their email for the TPP signup process or the Register for Paperless process. We offer half pay to all taxpayers and quarter pay options to qualified taxpayers. It would be nice for there to be some sort of alert button that would trigger us to look at the account to make sure the account gets split. Now we have to run a report of all partial payments, look at each account and guess at whether or not they want a split on their account.

Would like taxpayer portal work like TO4 and look up an account with and without dashes.

Brazoria would like to add the paperless option to taxpayer portal similar to the way Tarrant has theirs.

Currently, it only shows one tax year in the Rates and Exemptions page in tax portal. They would like Liberty Tax portal rates and exemptions to show the current and the last 5 year history.

Right now, under the water district we can only select 1 unit to calculate. Tax Portal need to have ability to select multiple water district to calculate.

Shelli from Cooke County wants to change how their tax estimator in the taxpayer portal website looks. The tax rate for Cooke County, Road and Bridge Fund, and FM & Lateral Road should be combined into one rate in the website and not separated as it is now. Cooke County tax rate: 0.1904 FM tax rate: 0.0001 Road & Bridge tax rate: 0.1250 Total Rate: 0.3155
