when looking up an account number and it shows active and inactive accounts have the inactive accounts show up on a different color or flag it

We would like the option to be able to select any date when entering notes. Right now, if you create a note, it will default it to the current date with no option to backdate. FYI this option is available when uploading documents in Tax Office 4. We would like the same option be available in NOTES.

Need to be able to edit check number in payments.

Ability to print receipts for multiple accounts at once.

When search results pull up for accounts, please add a way to be able to sort by property type.

On the 'account list' can there be a way to change the run date? That way if we are having to reprint statements, we can print with a date that doesn't include penalties and that way we can make sure our balance matches the amount due on the check and our calculator tape.

The capability to accept multiple payment types without doing separate transaction.

How do you re-print an original statement?

Where is the owner history stored? Bookkeeping uses this information to help determine the refund to the correct owner. We use this information when visiting with a customer about the account.

In the current system you can enter an account number in the account number field. This helps when customers bring in multiple account numbers. We use this for research in the delinquent department about everyday and some days all day long. In the new system you have to go back to search and enter the account number. More steps and will be time consuming if looking up a large lists of accounts. We would like the ability to be able to enter an account number after account number without going back in to the search area.
